The budtenders are fine. The owner is a real problem. He upcharges and is ALWAYS late on delivery. I frequently see new employees which indicates terrible management. As the other reviews have stated. This owner is a big problem and needs to be investigated. Please avoid this store if you can. There's many more dispensaries that deserve your money. Not a money hungry owner who charges 10% more than everyone else just because he wants more profit. I wouldn't be surprised is a law suit comes his way from multiple parties due to his terrible business practises. And yes. I've seen him bring in his own cannabis which stunk up the whole store. I won't ever shop here again. Both from a business perspective and the way he apparently treats his employees.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is nothing against the budtenders. This has to do with the owner. He marks up his prices. Go see for yourself vs OCS and other dispensaries. You are paying more for the same product. I encourage everyone to compare the prices. I've seen home grown pot being dried in the store on 1 occasion and not even sure if its legal. Avoid this place like the plague. Weed is supposed to good vibes while helping people. The owner clearly only cares about profits. Absolutely unprofessional.

Former employee here who was wrongfully fired. My old boss Chad is a crook. He would treat his employees like garbage. He would make back handed comments while barely being there. He didn't give us vacation pay, took money from tips, bring in his own weed products to promote. He doesn't follow regulations and upcharges customers. We need the government of Ontario to audit this guy. I wouldn't be surprised if they find even worse things behind the scenes.

Prices are too expensive. The owner seems to be constantly in lala land and never around. Budtenders are just doing their job but tbh everything is marked up. The thc % aren't even accurate to begin with. You never know what you're going to get. Also did I mention how his prices around minimum 10% more expensive than elsewhere. I wish inspectors would review this store more often because its an issue. I seen a review saying about how the owner might have brought his own weed into the store... idk. I'd avoid DAMA house.
