I've been a regular (and a local) for several months at this location, and one of the reasons I chose (PAST tense) them over other stores was the 10% off deal for mondays. Some of the staff is great. A short, effeminate male who said his name was Jaden is the worst staff member, hands down. I didn't know his name the first 3 times he was rude, dismissive, refused to answer questions about the product, and just kind of antagonized the crap out of us, but today was really the last straw. If I have to deal with that abuse to spend $100, I'm not giving this store my business. We waited to go in on this rainy monday specifically to try and guess the movie quote and get 10% off. When there was no movie quote out, we asked Jaden why it wasn't there. He openly admitted "we dropped the ball" and gave me a long boring and non-sensical excuse about the manager not showing up and it being the manager's fault, but said he would get around to it eventually. The manager's name he threw under the bus was Mackenzie. I jokingly asked him to make it an easy one, so we could get it and go. He said "I'm not going to do it right now." dripping with attitude, like he always is. He was such a little POS about it, I actually thought he must be joking at first. He wasn't. So not only was he rude this time, he refused to do his job, make up the movie quote, OR honor the 10% discount that had brought us in as customers in the first place. Needless the say, that little POS needs to be fired for how he treats customers, drives away business, and seems 100% completely incapable of answering literally ANY questions about the product, about the book, or about pricing. Last month I celebrated my birthday by treating myself to extra accessories at this location and had an excellent experience with Alexander. But this repeated exposure to that assh0le Jaden has driven me away; WE will no longer be spending hundreds of dollars a week/month at this location and it is 100% because of Jaden and his bad attitude, bad mouth, and unprofessionalism. He ripped us off today, as far as I'm concerned, and I'm going to tell everybody I can to stay away from this location (and indeed this business name in all other locations) if this is the kind of shit they let their employees get away with. Jaden's napoleon complex makes him a NASTY little man and it is NOT worth the abuse to shop here. I will change my review if he gets fired and resume doing my business there, but ONLY if I never have to see Jaden again. I wanted to support local and these guys are a 5 minute walk from my front door; but JADEN has lost them my business 100%
